Shipping & Return Policies

Jamboo, LLC business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST. All orders will be processed and shipped during business hours only. Orders will be shipped day of order, or next business day. 

Please verify that your shipping address, billing address, and size are correct BEFORE placing your order. We are unable to make changes after you have completed your order. 

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. All defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, we are not responsible for defective products. Defects include holes, missed seams, etc. Loose strings are not considered defects as all items are handmade and an occasional missed string is to be expected. Returns for defects must be unwashed with tags still attached. Defective products will be replaced if stock allows, if not, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method. 

Shipping: If your item is lost or is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for items once they leave our warehouse.
